Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled – unless the Cash Out feature is available, in which case a partial cash out may be possible under specific conditions.

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In an accumulator, the cancelled event will be removed and the remaining selections will be recalculated at revised odds.

• Assisting anyone under 18 years of age to open an account.

Account Suspension & Closure

M10 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If suspicious financial activity is detected.

• At your own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, bonus balances will be forfeited.
